Spectron IR - A leader in Thermal Imaging Technology

We have contacted the IACT to provide our users with special instruction directly from the president of the association, Dr. William Amalu. A board certified clinical thermologist, Dr. Amalu, has over 17 years of clinical experience in medical thermal imaging. He is also a noted researcher, author and lecturer on the uses of thermal imaging in healthcare. To obtain further information or to enroll in a course, please contact Dr. Amalu at 650-361-8908. For additional information about the medical uses of this technology, please feel free to visit Dr. Amalu's web site at www.breastthermography.com or www.healthscanonline.com.

Proper training is critical for providing medical thermal imaging. From patient preparation to imaging room environmental controls and image capture, standardized protocols must be followed to ensure that the images are interpretation ready.
Choosing an independent training course with quality instruction and certification is essential. This training will provide you with the education needed to meet the standards necessary for medical thermal imaging. Unlike other thermal imaging equipment manufacturers, SPECTRON IR has not created its own association to provide training. We recommend quality training and certification from an independent group that is experienced and dedicated to providing a quality course of instruction. After reviewing many different training courses, SPECTRON IR recommends the certification course provided by the International Academy of Clinical Thermology (IACT). The IACT is a non-profit organization dedicated to research, education, and establishment of standards and guidelines in clinical thermography.
